If there any issues with your order, please make sure to use the Etsy conversation ("convo") feature for communication. Using the "Contact" feature will not guarantee that I will see your message.
International buyers are responsible for all additional customs, value added tax, fees, etc assessed by home country. Please note the standard international shipping time is about 2 weeks. If for some reason you have not received your order within 4 weeks please let me know right away. We have a 60 day window for filing a claim for lost packages.
Care instructions
Wire trees sculptures can be cleaned with "canned air" often used for cleaning computer keyboards. The stone based can be cleaned with a damp rag.
